Celebrated New Year's Eve at a hotel in the heart of the city. Great value for money with a beautiful theme and comfortable rooms. With the hotel's prime location, we easily found great restaurants and shops nearby. The friendly staff was a delight and made sure we had everything we needed.

Being a light sleeper, the noise from the crowd coming from the bar and DJ made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Also, despite the hotel providing some amenities, there were small details such as not having disposable slippers and hot water not being available that could have made our stay even better.

The hotel was DELUXE in general. Property is near to the subway station - 20 mins walk. Frontline staff was very good, would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It made it so convenient for us to explore the Ministry of Skill Development nearby. The service here is top-notch, with a friendly and professional staff that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room amenities were fantastic, with excellent air conditioning and modern facilities like television and telephone. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the dining restaurant. The staff here really knows how to provide quality service and ensure a memorable experience for all guests.

We had a great stay, thanks to the hotel's convenient location in the city center and the excellent service provided by the professional and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was pleasing. In addition, we appreciated the hotel facilities and the breakfast was excellent.

Spent a lovely New Year at this hotel and it was a great experience! the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from and the pool was a great way to relax during the day. the hotel is also conveniently located near several popular attractions and restaurants.

The noise level at night was quite high, making it difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper. the bathrooms were a bit small and lacked shelves for toiletries.
